    • Atlas Set: best for 2-person interviews or co-hosted dialogue

    • Ember Corner: best for 1-person solo content or intimate conversation between 2 people.

    • Maximum room capacity: 4 guests in the space at once.

  • Absolutely! The Genesis Room is designed with traveling talent, touring shows, and high-caliber creators in mind. It is plug-and-record ready, centrally located, and only minutes from I-75 + The Battery.

    House of 88 can also offer those traveling to Atlanta production services if they need.

  • Yes! You can book:

    • 1-camera, 2-camera, or 3-camera packages

    • A dedicated production tech

    • Live switching

    • Media offload & storage support

    • Editing add-ons (through partners)

    Production pricing is an add-on and a separate charge from room rental.

  • Just your camera(s) and laptop. The room is fully equipped with audio, lighting, mounts, and monitoring so you can plug in and start recording immediately.

  • Not for standard rentals. Creators bring their own cameras.

    If you need a camera operator or multi-camera production, we offer add-on production packages through House of 88.

  • Yes! There is abundant free parking directly on-site.

  • Yes, you can add our Green Room to your booking for an additional charge.

  • Yes. House of 88 offers a Founding Creator Membership for creators, podcasters, founders, and traveling talent who want a consistent, elevated creative home in Atlanta.

    Membership is $199/month and includes:

    • two custom branded mic flags

    • a locked-in member recording rate of $245 per hour (non-member $260 hr)

    • ability to book by the hour (non-members have a 2 hour booking minimum)

    • access to members-only community events

    It’s designed for creators who value intentional design, brand consistency, and ease when recording — whether they’re local or visiting the city.

    Membership does not include recording hours. Sessions are booked separately at the member rate.

  • Memberships may be canceled at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Your membership benefits remain active through the end of the notice period.

  • Compact by design = better acoustics, tighter framing, and a more intimate, editorial look.

    Every inch of the room is intentionally structured to eliminate visual clutter, avoid echo, and make creators look exceptional on camera.

  • As part of the building:

    • Complimentary coffee, tea, cappuccino

    • Kitchen + dining areas

    • Large restrooms with lit mirrors

    • Elevator access

    • On-site restaurant (breakfast + lunch M–F 9am–2pm)

  • A minimum of 2 hours for all non-member bookings. House of 88 offers hourly bookings to our members.

  • Yes! You can set up and schedule a tour by emailing: team@houseof88.com

  • Yes, absolutely! The Genesis room is available to be booked for photoshoots.

  • You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your booking and will show up as a future booking credit in your account.

    House of 88 does not offer refunds.

  • Yes! External creatives are welcome as long as they follow room guidelines and scheduled booking times.

  • We do. House of 88 partners with a select group of creators whose work, values, and audience are aligned with the frequency of this brand. Creators may receive discounted or free studio time in exchange for content, promotion, or collaborative visibility.
